١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لموقع شركة قوس قزح للكيماويات ومواد البناء، أو تقديم طلب لمنتجاتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع أو طلب المنتجات.By using the Rainbow Construction Chemical website, or by placing an order for our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, please do not use the site or order products.

٢. وصف المنتجات والأسعار2. Product Descriptions & Prices

نحرص على توفير معلومات دقيقة عن منتجاتنا (المواصفات الفنية، الأحجام، الفئات). ومع ذلك، قد تختلف بعض التفاصيل بحسب إصدار المنتج، وبالتالي نحتفظ بحق تعديل المواصفات دون إشعار مسبق. الأسعار المعروضة في عروض الأسعار سارية لمدة ٣٠ يوماً ما لم يُحدَّد خلاف ذلك كتابياً.We strive to provide accurate information about our products (technical specifications, sizes, categories). However, some details may vary by product batch, and we reserve the right to modify specifications without prior notice. Prices stated in quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

٣. الطلبات والتسليم3. Orders & Delivery

تخضع جميع الطلبات للموافقة وتوفّر المخزون. مواعيد التسليم المُقدَّرة تقريبية ولا تشكّل التزاماً صارماً ما لم يُتَّفق على غير ذلك في عقد المشروع. تكاليف الشحن والتعامل تُحسَب وفق المنطقة وحجم الشحنة.All orders are subject to approval and stock availability. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and do not constitute a strict commitment unless agreed otherwise in a project contract. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on region and shipment size.

٤. الدفع4. Payment

تقبل الشركة الدفع عن طريق التحويل البنكي إلى حساباتنا الرسمية (الراجحي والأهلي) كما هو موضّح في صفحة "من نحن". الدفعة المقدّمة قد تكون مطلوبة للمشاريع الكبرى. الفاتورة الضريبية تُصدَر بعد تأكيد الدفع وتسليم البضاعة.The company accepts payment via bank transfer to our official accounts (Al Rajhi and Al Ahli) as shown on the About page. An advance payment may be required for major projects. The tax invoice is issued after payment confirmation and goods delivery.

٥. الضمانات5. Warranties

تضمن الشركة مطابقة منتجاتها للمواصفات الفنية المُعلنة وفقاً لشهادات ISO المعتمدة. الضمان لا يشمل العيوب الناتجة عن سوء التطبيق، التخزين غير الصحيح، أو الاستخدام في تطبيقات غير مُوصى بها. تواصَل مع الدعم الفني لأي استشارة قبل التطبيق.The company warrants that its products conform to the published technical specifications in accordance with certified ISO standards. The warranty does not cover defects arising from incorrect application, improper storage, or use in non-recommended applications. Contact technical support for any consultation before application.

٦. المسؤولية6. Liability

لا تتحمّل الشركة المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة، تبعية، أو خاصة تنتج عن استخدام منتجاتنا أو الاعتماد على المعلومات في موقعنا. يلتزم العميل بفحص المنتج عند التسليم والإبلاغ عن أي عيب خلال ٤٨ ساعة.The company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or reliance on information on our site. The customer must inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects within 48 hours.

جميع المحتوى على هذا الموقع — بما في ذلك النصوص، الصور، الشعارات، تصميم المنتجات، وأسماء المنتجات — هو ملك حصري لشركة قوس قزح للكيماويات ومواد البناء، ومحمي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز نسخه أو استخدامه لأغراض تجارية بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and product names — is the exclusive property of Rainbow Construction Chemical Company and is protected by intellectual property rights. نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. تُنشَر النسخة المُحدَّثة على هذه الصفحة. تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم جدة بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
