نُنتج خطّاً متكاملاً من العوازل البيتومينية: طبقات تشريب (MC-1)، طبقات ربط (RC-2)، دهانات حماية للقواعد والأعمدة (PROOF و Asphalt Coat)، برايمر بيتوميني (Super Primer)، بيتومين مؤكسد للتطبيقات الصناعية، ولفائف العزل البيتومينية. كل المنتجات مصنّعة محلياً في جدة بمعايير ISO الدولية.We produce a complete range of bituminous waterproofing products: prime coats (MC-1), tack coats (RC-2), foundation and column protection coatings (PROOF and Asphalt Coat), bitumen primer (Super Primer), oxidized bitumen for industrial applications, and bituminous insulation rolls. All products are manufactured locally in Jeddah to international ISO standards.

Delivery times vary by region and shipment size, but we commit to daily delivery schedules for major projects. Our head office and plant are in Jeddah, Quwayzah district.

MC-1 طبقة تشريبية (Medium Curing) تُستخدم على سطح الأساس قبل الطبقات الرابطة لتخترق المسام وتوفّر التصاقاً ممتازاً، وهي مخفّفة بمذيب متوسط التطاير. RC-2 طبقة ربط (Rapid Curing) تُدهن على جوانب الأسفلت المقصوص وتُرش بعد جفاف الـ MC لربط الطبقة الرابطة بالطبقة السطحية، وهي مخفّفة بمذيب سريع التطاير لاستئناف العمل بسرعة.MC-1 is a Medium-Curing prime coat applied on the base surface before binder courses; it penetrates pores and provides excellent adhesion, thinned with a medium-volatility solvent. RC-2 is a Rapid-Curing tack coat painted on cut asphalt edges and sprayed after MC dries, bonding the binder course to the surface course, thinned with a rapid-curing solvent for quick work resumption.

We also provide a full year of after-sales support.

مع التطبيق الصحيح وفق المواصفات الفنية، توفّر منتجاتنا حماية فعّالة لـ ١٠ سنوات أو أكثر. عمر المنتج في التخزين هو ١٢ شهراً من تاريخ الإنتاج عند الحفاظ على ظروف التخزين الموصى بها (مكان جاف بعيداً عن الحرارة المباشرة).With correct application per technical specifications, our products provide effective protection for 10 years or more. Shelf life is 12 months from production date when stored under recommended conditions (dry place away from direct heat).
