MC-1 — طبقة التشريب الأساسيةMC-1 — The Foundational Prime Coat
يُصنّف MC-1 ضمن فئة Medium Curing لأن مذيبه البترولي متوسط التطاير. هذا يعني أنه يحتاج وقتاً أطول للجفاف، لكنه يخترق مسام سطح الأساس بعمق ويوفّر التصاقاً عالي الجودة. يُستخدم على سطح الأساس قبل وضع الطبقات الرابطة، ويعمل كذلك كحاجز رطوبة فعّال للبنية التحتية.MC-1 is classified as Medium-Curing because its petroleum solvent has medium volatility. It needs more drying time but penetrates the base surface deeply, providing high-quality adhesion. It is applied on the base course before tack coats and also acts as an effective moisture barrier for the substructure.

RC-2 — طبقة الربط السريعةRC-2 — The Rapid-Curing Tack Coat
RC-2 يستخدم مذيباً سريع التطاير، ما يجعله الخيار الأمثل عندما يحتاج المشروع لاستئناف العمل بسرعة. يُدهن على جوانب الأسفلت المقصوص ويُرش على سطح الأساس بعد جفاف الـ MC، ويعمل كرابط قوي بين الطبقة الرابطة والطبقة السطحية.RC-2 uses a rapid-curing solvent, making it the right choice when a project needs to resume work quickly. It is painted on cut asphalt edges and sprayed on the base after MC dries, bonding the binder course to the surface course with strong adhesion.

قاعدة الاختيار العمليةA Practical Selection Rule
استخدم MC-1 على سطح الأساس قبل وضع الطبقة الرابطة، واترك له الوقت الكافي للاختراق والجفاف. ثم استخدم RC-2 كطبقة لاصقة بين الطبقتين الرابطة والسطحية، ولأعمال الإصلاح حيث الزمن ضاغط. الجمع بين المنتجَين بترتيبهما الصحيح هو ما يضمن إكساءً متماسكاً يطول عمره الافتراضي بمقدار سنوات.Use MC-1 on the base course before the binder layer, and give it adequate time to penetrate and dry. Then use RC-2 as the tack between binder and surface courses, and for repair work where time is tight. Combining the two in the right order is what guarantees a cohesive overlay that adds years to the road’s service life.
